Emma Dickison – the President and CEO of Home Helpers® - has been recently elected as the Board of Directors President of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA). She has been placed in the role immediately upon election.
In 2007, Emma joined Home Helpers® and immediately began elevating our in-home care franchise company to new heights with her fresh perspective and innovative ideas.Under Emma’s guidance and oversight, Home Helpers® has grown to 300 franchises across North America, serving over 1,000 communities. Emma’s election as the President of the HCAOA was certainly influenced by her impressive experience and success with Home Helpers®.
The HCAOA, founded in 2002, is the industry’s leading trade association – currently representing nearly 3,000 companies that employ more than 500,000 caregivers across the United States. The goal of the organization is ensuring all seniors have access to affordable care without having to relocate to a nursing home or assisted living center. Since this falls in line with Home Helpers® mission of providing comprehensive home care services and support for individuals who choose to remain independent wherever they call home, Emma’s election to her new role as President of the Board of the HCAOA aligns perfectly.
